hello everybody !


today I will speak about of a Healthy eating .  
is very important healthy eating because our bodies need all kinds of food example : vegetables and fruits . 


I know that many  Girls and Boys ,want to leave the unhealthy food . for this reason in my new publication i put a list with some tips ! 




first of all you have to check ¿ what is your routine food ? 

for example during the day , I eat :  

* in the breakfast  I eat a fruit with juice or cereal with
 milk 
* in the lunch , I eat much salads with a natural juice 

* and in the night  or in the dinner you can eat for example : brown bread with milk or some food and salads  . 

fruit ! 

salad! 

Other important thing is the exercise !!!

this is the most basic that you can for your body , don't forget , care your health !!!
