Hello everybody!!! 
the new topic is '' the cellulite '' this topic is very important for the woman's  
, Here are some tips to prevent  combat and  know that it is!  
number one : what is cellulite ? 
* the cellulite or called '' the orange skin'' is the fat accumulation ,fluids and
 toxins in zones with the buttocks, hips, thighs and abdomen is very common 
and can occur for many reasons   ...   


Rules to combat the cellulite:
                       *Rules to combat the cellulite :
                      1.-drink water : drink two liters of water daily 
                                    minimum 
                      2.- fruit : eat 5 servings of fruit daily  
                     3.- goodbye to the fats : ice cream, 
                          drinks , frieds  
                  4.- physical activity : this is very important
                          , fortify  and tone the muscles   !!!! 



in my personal opinion  , i think that these tips are very good  After many
 months of hard physical work , you begin to experience the changes and 
benefits
 of a beautiful body  and help you to  be a more confident person , and know that women are beautiful!!!
