best to prevent it is to follow these tips:
1.- relax is very important to relax the body, relax the mind, go out, have different activities that can entertain
2.- do physical activity like walking a little every day, swimming, cleaning the house listening to music, yoga ...
3.- good food, fruits vegetables, fiber, all but''normal'', no drinking orheavy smoking etc.....
4.- be a person who always thinks positive
5.-share your life and emotions!!!
6.- back massage, neck ....
in my personal opinion i think that you can change and remove stress with great dedication and and confidence in yourself because everyone can remove to any problem in life
